Getting started with me:

  1. Please contact me at lindseymclarenslp@thestrongerself.org or by calling (971)267-4060. You may also fill out this form.
  2. We will set up a time to talk by phone or zoom to discuss your concerns and see if I can be of service. (I am happy to refer to another specialist if I feel someone else is more appropriate for your needs)
  3. I will send you in-take paperwork to fill out and return, including insurance information if applicable. At this time, I will request any prior evaluations (performed within the last 6 months). I will also send a release of information if we decide it would be beneficial for me to talk with teachers, caregivers, or previous/current therapists.
  4. We will schedule an initial session to either begin an evaluation or to begin therapy, and from there, determine session frequency and availability.
